Hi, I’m Lyndsey. My method is not another pilates-based workout promising to give you a “toned body in 30 days”. What I do is much deeper than that.

With me as your trainer you will:

  • learn proper breath & alignment techniques applicable to all types of movement

  • build a deeper connection between your mind and your body.

Mastering the art of mind-body connection is one of the most beautiful and important parts of overall health. During each session, I teach my clients how to practice mindful movements to create a strong sense of body awareness—a key skill that’s important on and off the mat.

My method stresses the importance of proper core & pelvic stability. Your body transforms when your stabilization muscles are active. In every session, I teach my clients how to properly activate these muscles— which not only makes workouts more effective but results in a beautifully sculpted center and most importantly a strong spine.


P R E C I S I O N

You’ll never hear me say “go faster” because my method is about moving with purpose and stability ensuring safety. It’s about quality, not quantity. In each session, I meticulously ensure my clients are executing each exercise with proper form.
